A Paradise with Room for Improvement

Our deluxe ocean view room for 4 nights was stunning, but the bedding failed to deliver comfort. Enjoyed the great ocean views during breakfast, but be ready for the steep service charges at the on-site restaurants. Consider sourcing local dining for more variety and reasonable prices.

The comfort of the King Room with Sofa Bed and Partial Ocean View was commendable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The selection of Mexican dishes at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful surprise, adding vibrant flavors to our meals. However, the remote location of the resort proved to be inconvenient, leading to significant transportation challenges and extra costs. Additionally, delays in service and some maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.

Had an awesome 5-night stay in a King Room with Sofa Bed and Partial Ocean View! The pools were fantastic and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. My only issue was the AC in our room, but they were great in addressing it.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, an infinity pool, and a fitness center. I fondly recall how the staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay. Definitely coming back for another trip!
